STOPit
See Something. Say Something.
Cushing Public Schools is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. STOPit is one tool we use to help students speak up about concerns — so school leadership can respond thoughtfully and appropriately.
STOPit is part of Cushing Public Schools’ layered student safety framework, which emphasizes prevention, early awareness, responsive support, and family partnership.
What Is STOPit
STOPit is an anonymous reporting platform designed to help prevent bullying, harassment, threats, violence, and other misconduct. It provides a safe way to report concerns and helps school administrators follow up with appropriate supports and interventions.
Key Features
- Anonymous Reporting: Students can submit concerns safely without revealing their identity.
- Multimedia Evidence: Reports may include screenshots, photos, or video when appropriate.
- Two-Way Messaging: Administrators can ask clarifying questions through secure messaging while maintaining anonymity.
- Incident Management: Reports are reviewed and managed by designated school administrators.
- Get Help Resources: The platform includes access to help resources and crisis support options.
24/7 Monitoring & Escalation
Through our partnership with the Oklahoma Schools Insurance Group (OSIG), STOPit reports are supported by 24/7 monitoring services. Urgent concerns may be escalated to appropriate contacts to help ensure timely response, even outside regular school hours.
