Note: During active bus routes, staff may be unavailable to answer phone calls. If you cannot reach someone by phone, please use the message form so your request is documented and can be returned as soon as possible.
Address Changes & Bus Stop Updates
If your student’s home address has changed (or you need a bus stop change request), please notify your student’s school office. Campus staff will coordinate required updates and ensure the correct information is on file.
When you call, please have this ready
  • Student name
  • Campus (CHS / CMS / CES)
  • Home address (or nearest cross streets)
  • A call-back phone number
  • Brief description of the issue (route question, timing concern, etc.)
This helps the team respond quickly and accurately.
